Roof Covering
Considering the technical features of concrete covering, there isn't a single reason not to go for it. It is not just the fact that tiles made a hundred years ago are still functional that speaks in favour of concrete covering, it is also the current situation: Scandinavian roof covering is made with the use of modern methods based on the latest knowledge in the field of concrete manufacture. Tiling from Scandinavia is literally programmed for at least the same, but more likely for an even longer life.

ROOF TILE SECTION
Battening
Battening has to be performed using battens of the prescribed section (ČSN 733150). The section is based on distance between battens and rafters and the load. A usual section would be 40/60 for a batten and 30/50 mm for a counter-batten. Scandinavian roof tile is recommended for use on roofs of a slope higher than 22°. Overlapping of the tiles is changed according to the slope by distance between battens.

- Modern Swedish technologies are used during its manufacture, together with procedures certified by time, high quality raw materials from selected locations (silica sand, Portland cement) and the vast experience of our staff. Colour stability is guaranteed by the use of inorganic pigments for concrete coloration and surface paints from leading world manufacturers. These materials are used for both roof covers of new buildings and reconstructed houses.

- RUSTIC concrete roof covering - from non-coloured natural concrete. Designed for all types of buildings, but due to the low price it is popular mostly with commercial and industrial structures. It is made in natural, red, brown and black colours, including a KELTIC finish, i.e. KELTIC natural and brick.
- SCANDINAVIAN concrete roof tile - made of coloured concrete, is equipped with double-coating by acrylic paint that tones colours of the roof and increases durability of the tiles. Tiles with an acrylic coat are considered traditional. It is suitable for both new and reconstructed buildings. It drains water perfectly, dirt does not stick to it, and the colour shade will not change for many years to come. It is made in red, black and brown.
- GLOSSY LUCANKA concrete roof tile - the surface of Lucanka is made using new technology of acrylic double-coat that provides better protection of the roof against weather, increases frost resistance, thus prolonging the life of the roof. The top layer of Lucanka tile is glossy, which adds a completely new aesthetic look to the roof. It is made in brick red, anthracite and red-brown.
