(Implementation of the “Education for higher adaptability and competitiveness of employees of KB-BLOK systém, s.r.o.” project)

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

We started implementation of project CZ.1.04./1.1.02/35.00219 on 7 September 2009. The primary project objective is to increase the adaptability of employees and competitiveness of KB-BLOK systém, s.r.o. (the Applicant) and KB-Blok Postoloprty s.r.o. (the Partner) by means of increasing the professional knowledge and competencies of their employees.

TENDER

The tender for the supplier of education services proceeded from 25 September 2009 to 14 October 2009. A contract was made with the selected supplier, TEMPO TRAINING & CONSULTING, s.r.o. The company provides education for our employees throughout the project duration.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project target group comprised 60 persons comprising our employees (50 persons) and our partner’s employees (10 persons). The target group was divided into 6 smaller groups by job position, namely:

  • Top management
  • Economic unit
  • Production business representatives
  • Building material business representatives
  • Other white collars
  • Foremen

The participants attended workshops focused on managerial, communication and business skills and knowledge in the area of economics and law. The training also included education in IT skills. The project was finished in 2011.
