Pavement laying

Concrete interlocking pavement is laid on a level foundation layer with a proper profile grade. This is done manually on smaller surfaces; the laying is usually mechanical in larger areas. The laying is done across the entire width, usually against the slope. On principle, the laying is done from the already paved surface so that it is possible to walk on it. Pieces of the interlocking pavement are laid with a butt joint. Joints are outlined by spacing press-ons. When making non-standard details, such as curved surfaces by sewer inlets, trees, handrails, etc., use pavers of dimensions adjusted by a specialised manual splitter or cut by a concrete saw. Under no circumstances make these details by simple concrete filling. When laying a pavement with different colour pavers, lay pavers from different pallets simultaneously.
