Business hours over holidays, inventory checks

Since the holiday period is drawing near along with inventory checks, we would like to inform you about the business hours of our sales points and that our central regional warehouses and building materials shops will be closed from 31 December 2015 to 10 January 2016 for inventory checks.
Business hours of our warehouses and building material shops (Louny, Ústí nad Labem, Kadaň, Žatec, Praha-Kbely, Libochovice, Loděnice, Brno, Nýřany, Chlumec nad Cidlinou, České Budějovice, Jistebník):
- 24-27 Dec 2015 – Closed
- 28-30 Dec 2015 2015– Open
- 31 Dec 2015 – 10 Jan – Closed
The manufacturing plant in Postoloprty will also be closed in that period.
We will be open again for you from 11 January 2016. Thank you for your understanding.

- 50% discount further applies on purchases from our sales warehouses, where a fee will be charged for transport from the manufacturing plant to the sales warehouse according to the “Distribution Warehouse Transport Cost Tariff”

Novelties for autumn 2015

We have prepared more novelties for this autumn – expansion to the PlayBlok system with building blocks 100 mm high and more colour versions of the SUZUKA surface finish.
The PlayBlok system, whose bevelled edge replaces the joint, is not only popular for its ease of construction but also its attractive appearance and wide range of surface finishes and colours. We have expanded the system with a new series of building blocks 100 mm high (400x200x100 and 200x200x100) to give it even more variability and, most importantly, enable unconventional and original fence bay compositions. You can use the building blocks separately or combined with the basic series of PlayBlok building blocks and, most importantly, in an array of colour and surface finish combinations.

The combined KB-BLOK smokehouse and barbecue grill is this summer’s hot topic. If you are looking for an unconventional solution, try the smokehouse built with KB-BLOK building blocks.
You can choose from four various colours and surface finishes.
The advantage is that the kit contains all the necessary parts, including a construction manual, so you do not have to look for the components in different shops. Yet, each piece can be an original.

KB-BLOK at the Země Živitelka exhibition

You are heartily invited to the 42nd year of the international Země Živitelka exhibition, held at the České Budějovice exhibition grounds from Thursday, 27 August to Tuesday, 1 September 2015. You will find our exhibition booth right next to pavilion H.
You can view various garden architecture, fence and retaining wall elements as well as dry masonry systems, including PlayBlok building blocks with a special high-quality SUZUKA surface finish, which is not only recognisable for its beautiful appearance imitating natural granite, but also excellent properties such as resistance to dirt, abrasion, weather, etc.
We will present various options for designer pavers, including our new large-format Unihradčany mosaic pavers in attractive colours.
And to show you that KB-BLOK is not just about fences, we will demonstrate one of the many other cases where you can use our PlayBlok building blocks – come and see the concrete barbecue grill combined with a smoker, which even a skilful DIY man can build.

Novelties in the KB-BLOK paver product range

You can view and purchase new types of KB-BLOK pavers already in our shops and from our business partners. Our more demanding customers will enjoy the attractive large-format Unihradčanka pavers; many will be pleased by the return of the Unikost pavers, manufactured in three different heights.
Our tried-and-tested Univyšehrad pavers, designed for irregular mosaic bonding, have long been a favourite. It was on request from our customers that we have now unleashed the large-format version of the Unihradčany mosaic pavers. The dimensions of these elements are 201x201, 201x401, 401x401, 201x601 mm. We make them in the 60 mm height version, making them ideal for pedestrian paths, terraces or roads occasionally travelled by passenger cars. We make multiple colour options, which will become a beautiful decoration of your property.
Thanks to high demand from both end customers and big construction companies, we are returning to production of the conventional interlocking pavers, known colloquially as I-blocks or “Thighbone” for its shape. The pavers are made in three heights (40, 60, 80 mm) designed for a wide range of uses from foot paths to parking areas for areas with extreme loading. They are made with the basic piece dimensions 148x198 mm. For easier laying work, the pavers are also available in the “half” version for path endings and sides. The pavers come in an endless array of colour options.

Find out for yourselves and watch a new episode of your favourite show, Gondíci s.r.o., this Saturday focused on living, gardening, design and style, where we will show you how to build a fence from concrete building blocks without mortar and arduous jointing.
Our fence system has long been popular with construction companies due to its increased work efficiency and accuracy. However, the show will demonstrate that even skilful DIY people need not be afraid of the construction system. We will introduce our dry masonry system, thanks to which you can build a concrete fence quickly and easily, and it will be attractive with various options for colours, surface finishes and shapes. We are going to present our products at two more important and frequently visited exhibitions in May. In mid-May, you will meet us at the Hobby exhibition in České Budějovice, and a week later at Dům a Zahrada in Liberec.
Tens of thousands of visitors, hundreds of exhibitors and lots of attractive accompanying events focused on hobby, garden, construction, etc. – this is the Hobby exhibition in České Budějovice. This year is its 24th instalment, and KB-BLOK will be there. It is held at the České Budějovice exhibition grounds on 13-17 May 2015 and our booth will be in pavilion T1.
Only a week later, that is 21-24 May 2015, we will be at the “Dům a Zahrada” in Liberec, held at the Liberec exhibition grounds; the KB-BLOK booth will be in pavilion I.
